The day we leave for Annandpur Sahib, it's Guru Nanak's birthday. We swing by the Golden Temple in the early morning on the way out of town. It's all done up in lights.

This tells the story of going to Amritsar, Punjab, India to set up a Drug treatment program that uses Kundalini Yoga, as taught by Yogai Bhajan, as the primary treatment modality. Gurucharan is a psychologist and teacher of Kundalini Yoga. This is his story. He travels with his wife, Carolyn (Karta Kaur). They begin in La Verne, CA USA and travel through Beijing and Bankok on their way to Amritsar.
